Strong technical knowledge of eyewear, lenses, and frames **JOB SUMMARY:** Seeking an experienced optical sales professional with strong technical knowledge of optical products and operations, capable of independently managing the optical store and delivering excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their requirements and prescriptions. * Verify customers' optical needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Explain lens options, coatings, and eyewear features to customers. * Process sales transactions and collect payments through cash, card, or other approved payment methods. * Maintain accurate billing, payment, and sales records. * Manage day\-to\-day optical store operations and ensure smooth workflow. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. * Ensure proper display and merchandising of optical products. * Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. * Coordinate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals when required. * Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Requirements: * Atleast 1\+ year experience in optical sales or optical retail operations. * Strong technical knowledge of eyewear, lenses, frames, and optical dispensing. * Ability to independently manage an optical store within the clinic. * Good communication and customer service skills and basic computer skills. * Proficiency in handling cash and card payment transactions. Pay: From QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
