Support technicians and ensure compliance with safety procedures * **Position: Engineering Support Assistant** * **Location: Doha, Qatar** * **Duration: 12 Months Renewable** **Key Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering Team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication. * Maintain accurate records, databases, filing systems, and engineering documentation in compliance with company policies. * Manage correspondence, phone enquiries, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities. * Maintain and update vehicle records in the Fleet Management System, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Assist in managing lease vehicle documentation, FAHES inspections, testing schedules, registration renewals, and maintain the company fleet list. * Support technicians with maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and industry standards. * Conduct safety inspections, report incidents, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain records of workshop equipment, warranties, and calibration services. * Prepare engineering performance reports, KPI reports, and other periodic or ad hoc reports required by management. * Maintain and reconcile tyre mileage records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly fuel management reports to monitor fleet performance and fuel consumption. * Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow, timely completion of tasks, and continuous improvement of engineering operations. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance or engineering support role.
