Summary: Seeking an experienced MEP Project Planner responsible for comprehensive project scheduling, resource management, progress monitoring, and reporting. Highlights: 1. Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management for MEP projects. 2. Monitor project progress and generate detailed reports (Primavera, KPI, MIS). 3. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients. Job Description: The Employee responsibility includes planning works but not limited to preparation of Project Baseline Programme ( CL.14 ), Project Schedule Preparation with crafty ( up to micro level ), preparation of CPM \& PERT, Preparation of Cost / Resource program, Manpower Histogram, Resource Requirement Plans, Cash flow preparation, monitoring progress of the project activities, work schedule, material planning, generating reports using primavera, preparation of material submittals, tract the progress of the Projects to achieve targeted date of completion, preparation of monthly progress report and submit the same to the consultant, preparation of weekly reports, Weekly Schedule Updating, Project Status, Key Performance Index ( KPI ) report and various MIS reports, Impact Analysis Program, Quantity take\-off and coordinate between consultants and various contractors and clients. Requirement / Qualification: \- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering \- Proven track record in handling multiple MEP projects \- UPDA holder is a plus \- Valid Qatar ID and able to join immediately. Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR7,500\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * MEP company: 4 years (Required) * Planning : 4 years (Required) * manpower planning in multiple MEP projects: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * Qatar ID / residency permit (Required) * UPDA (Preferred) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
