The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. * Prepare baseline schedules, look\-ahead schedules, and recovery plans. * Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams. * Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when required. * Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization. * Support project controls, forecasting, and planning activities. * Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates. * Ensure compliance with project requirements and client expectations. Requirements ✔ **Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)** ✔ Minimum **5 years GCC experience** as a Planning Engineer ✔ Minimum **8 years total experience** in Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Construction Projects ✔ Proficiency in **Primavera P6** (Mandatory) ✔ Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource loading, and progress monitoring ✔ Experience preparing project reports, S\-curves, manpower histograms, and progress analysis ✔ Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills ✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Preferred Qualifications * Primavera P6 Certification * Experience in shutdown, maintenance, and brownfield projects * Experience working with major GCC Oil \& Gas clients * Knowledge of project control and cost control principles Benefits * Competitive salary package * Company accommodation and transportation * Medical insurance * Annual leave and air ticket as per company policy How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: * Updated CV * Mechanical Engineering Degree Certificate * Primavera P6 Certification (if available) * Experience Certificates * Passport Copy **⚠ GCC experience and Oil \& Gas project experience are mandatory.
