This is not a standard reporting role; we are seeking a professional who can bridge the gap between complex data science and intuitive visual storytelling. You will be responsible for translating massive, multi\-dimensional datasets into the elegant, interactive dashboards that our leadership team uses to steer the company. **Strategic Responsibilities** * **Dashboard Architecture:** Design and deploy high\-fidelity interactive visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or custom D3\.js frameworks. * **Narrative Synthesis:** Work closely with data engineers to identify key performance drivers and present them through compelling visual narratives. * **User Experience (UX):** Optimize internal reporting tools for executive usability, ensuring that complex data remains accessible and actionable at a glance. * **Ad\-hoc Visual Briefings:** Support the C\-suite with rapid\-response data visualizations for high\-stakes meetings and regional market assessments. **Technical Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or information design. * Expert\-level command of visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) and data manipulation (SQL/Python). * A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to simplify complex information without losing analytical depth. * Experience working within a corporate or consultancy environment in the MENA region is preferred. **Remuneration and Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 29,000\. * Premium office location in West Bay (Al Mana Tower). * Comprehensive private health insurance and full visa sponsorship. * Annual flight allowance and 30 days of leave. **Application Process** Selection is based on a review of technical proficiency and past work.
