Opportunity to drive operational efficiency and sales growth Industry: Drinking Water / FMCG Distribution A leading company in the drinking water and FMCG sector is looking for an experienced and dynamic Distribution Operations Manager to lead and manage distribution operations in Qatar. Key Duties \& Responsibilities: \* Manage and oversee all distribution operations for the drinking water business. \* Supervise warehouse activities including storage, loading, and dispatch operations. \* Ensure timely transportation and delivery of products to customers and retail clients. \* Plan and implement efficient logistics and distribution processes. \* Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management. \* Coordinate maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicles, machinery, and distribution equipment. \* Review and approve purchase requests and operational requirements. \* Ensure proper handling and storage of products according to hygiene and temperature standards. \* Plan and optimize delivery routes for operational efficiency. \* Supervise drivers, helpers, and distribution staff. \* Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and delivery performance. \* Conduct market visits and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers. \* Support sales growth initiatives and identify market demand. \* Negotiate with suppliers, retailers, and service providers when required. \* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and Qatar Municipality requirements. \* Prepare operational reports and maintain distribution records. \* Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently. Qualifications \& Requirements: \* Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. \* Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution operations, preferably in drinking water or FMCG industry in Qatar. \* Strong knowledge of warehouse, fleet, and delivery operations. \* Excellent leadership and team management skills. \* Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. \* Good communication and interpersonal skills. \* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. \* Proficiency in MS Office and distribution management systems. \* Strong planning, organizational, and time\-management skills. \* Valid Qatar Driving License preferred. Work Location: In person
