Summary: This role involves leading HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and building positive workplace culture. Highlights: 1. Develop workforce planning strategies and build positive workplace culture Location \- Doha must have thorough knowledge of Qatar Labor laws. \***\#Responsibilities**\* * Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring processes for both technical field positions and office roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding * Manage employee relations by handling performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws including wage\-and\-hour regulations, safety requirements, and documentation standards specific to field\-based operations * Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to address staffing needs, turnover reduction, and skill development across technician and support teams * Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and competitive market analysis for FM industry positions * Build and maintain positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and retention strategies tailored to field and office staff Pay: QAR18,000\.00 \- QAR21,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
