Job Responsibilities: * Professionally receive clients and trainees and respond to their inquiries. * Register trainees and organize files and databases. * Coordinate course schedules and communicate with trainers and trainees. * Follow up on phone calls, emails, and social media channels. * Prepare reports and perform daily administrative tasks. * Assist in marketing training courses and programs. Qualifications and Requirements: * This position is open to females only. * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field. * Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and handle work pressure. * Prior experience in training centers or administrative roles is preferred.
