Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Drilling Engineer** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing drilling operations while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * Design, plan, and supervise drilling programs and operations. * Conduct technical evaluations and risk assessments for drilling activities. * Monitor drilling performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and HSE standards. * Coordinate with geologists, field personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. * Analyze drilling data and prepare technical reports and recommendations. * Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions. * Manage drilling budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. * Evaluate drilling equipment and technologies to support operational excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in drilling engineering or related operations. * Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, well design, and drilling equipment. * Experience with drilling software and engineering analysis tools. * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and challenging environment. * Professional certifications are considered an advantage.
