They use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety regulations to prevent accidents. * They rig telecom equipment, such as antennas, feeders, transmission lines and other components, securely to the tower structure. * Telecoms Riggers are skilled in climbing towers using safety equipment and harnesses to access various parts of the tower for installation, maintenance and repair tasks. * They accurately align antennas to achieve optimal signal strength and coverage, ensuring the network operates efficiently.
