You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline\-driven, and confident using cloud\-based accounting software. **Must\-Have Requirements** * **Immediate availability** — candidates who cannot start right away will not be considered * **Valid driving licence** — a full, clean driving licence is mandatory for this role * **Proficiency in ZOHO** — hands\-on experience with ZOHO Books, ZOHO Expense, or the ZOHO Finance suite is essential * Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation * Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS) * Ability to prepare and analyse financial statements and reports * High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date financial records using ZOHO * Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Perform bank and account reconciliations * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management * Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required * Travel to client sites or branch offices when required (driving license essential) * Assist with procurement related things. **Nice to Have** * Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) * Experience with ZOHO Analytics or ZOHO CRM integration * Familiarity with VAT returns and tax filing * Experience in a multi\-entity or group accounting environment **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package, reviewed annually * Flexible hybrid working arrangements after probation * Professional development and training support * Friendly and collaborative team environment * Mileage reimbursement for work\-related travel **How to Apply** Please include your **ZOHO experience** and confirm your **driving licence** in your application. *Applications without confirmation of both will not be progressed.* Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to join immediately? * Do you have a valid Qatar Driving license?
