Summary: An Accountant is sought to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare financial reports within a construction/real estate environment. Highlights: 1. Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records. 2. Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and WPS processing. 3. Prepare financial reports and coordinate with various financial stakeholders. **WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT** **Position:** Accountant **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Industry:** Construction / Contracting \& Real Estate **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Key Responsibilities: * Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. * Manage **Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)**. * Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and journal entries. * Perform bank and cash reconciliations. * Monitor supplier payments and customer collections. * Handle petty cash and company expenses. * Assist with monthly payroll and **WPS processing**. * Prepare monthly financial reports and statements. * Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing. * Assist with project costing and expense tracking. * Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, banks and auditors. * Support management with financial reports and cash\-flow information. * Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and Qatar requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in **Accounting, Finance or Commerce**. * Minimum **3–5 years of accounting experience**. * Previous experience in **Qatar/GCC is preferred**. * Experience in **construction, contracting, trading or real estate** is an advantage. * Good knowledge of **Excel and accounting software/ERP systems**. * Experience with **WPS payroll** is preferred. * Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting. * Good English communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * **Valid QID and transferable visa/NOC preferred.** * Immediate availability is an advantage. * **WhatsApp:** * \[70803322] **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** Pay: QAR2,455\.73 \- QAR6,802\.76 per month Work Location: In person
