Conducting gap analysis and developing and monitoring continuous improvement plans **Averroes Advisory and Business Development Company** announces a job vacancy in Qatar within the quality and organizational development sector: **Business Excellence Expert** The Business Excellence Expert provides consulting services in planning and implementing organizational excellence models, participates in implementing excellence programs at the ministry level, conducts self-assessments of organizational units, prepares and monitors continuous improvement plans, and contributes to preparations for the Qatar Government Excellence Award or other relevant external awards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supporting the development of excellence strategy and organizational improvement plans * Conducting self-assessments according to excellence models (EFQM) and the Qatar Government Excellence Model * Conducting gap analysis and developing and monitoring implementation of improvement plans * Supporting the development of performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring organizational performance * Participating in data collection and award dossier preparation * Providing consulting services in the field of excellence and continuous improvement **Requirements:** **Bachelor's degree** in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field * **Minimum 10 years and maximum 15 years of practical experience in excellence** * Strong experience with the EFQM model and quality management * EFQM Assessor certification for 2025 is required * Knowledge of strategic planning and performance indicators (BSC / KPIs) * Proficiency in both Arabic and English **Location:** Qatar Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV with the job title clearly stated in the email subject line to hr@averroesadvisory.com Work Location: In person
