The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and operating Computer\-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software, with a focus on **firefighting and fire alarm systems**, ensuring smooth facility operations, accurate data management, and compliance reporting. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in CAFM/CMMS operations, preferably within **firefighting and fire alarm systems**. * Strong knowledge of asset tracking, work order management, and preventive maintenance scheduling. * Familiarity with fire protection equipment, fire alarm systems, and related maintenance workflows. * Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and system administration. * Ability to coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure timely execution of tasks. * Good communication and organizational skills. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain CAFM software for facility management, specifically for **firefighting and fire alarm systems**. * Monitor work requests, assign tasks, and track completion. * Maintain accurate records of assets, maintenance history, and compliance reports. * Support audits and ensure adherence to safety and company standards. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and ensure system reliability.
