The Guest Service Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods); navigating sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; handling menus (reading and visually verifying information); and getting hands-on in your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.4 kg) unassisted and up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting the body, pulling, and squatting).
