Role Overview We are seeking a visionary **Gallery Director** to lead operations, curate exhibitions, and drive the gallery’s growth. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for the arts, and the ability to balance creative vision with business acumen. Key Responsibilities * **Exhibition Planning**: Curate and organize exhibitions that reflect the gallery’s mission and artistic vision. * **Gallery Operations**: Oversee daily operations, staff management, and visitor experience. * **Artist Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with artists, ensuring collaborative success. * **Marketing \& Outreach**: Develop campaigns to attract visitors, collectors, and media attention. * **Sales \& Fundraising**: Drive art sales, manage client relationships, and explore sponsorship opportunities. * **Community Engagement**: Organize events, talks, and workshops to strengthen cultural impact. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 7\+ years of experience in gallery management, art curation, or cultural institutions. * Strong knowledge of **contemporary art** and global art markets. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Proven ability to balance creative vision with financial sustainability.
