Ensure adherence to company policies and Qatar labour regulations We are currently seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who can effectively manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, while providing support across a broad range of HR functions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle recruitment processes by managing vacancy postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with head of departments. * Oversee employee joining formalities, onboarding processes, and orientation programs. * Respond to employee enquiries, address grievances, and resolve routine workplace concerns. * Monitor HR processes to ensure adherence to company policies and Qatar labour regulations. * Administer employee probation reviews, employment confirmations, transfers, and promotions. * Support the processing of employee compensation, benefits, and other related settlements. * Maintain records of disciplinary actions, including warnings and investigations. * Facilitate performance management processes and coordinate employee training. * Keep employee records and HR databases accurate and properly maintained. * Support various HR and administrative tasks as required by management. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. * Available for immediate joining. * Minimum 5 years of HR experience. * Experience in car rental, automotive, hospitality, or related industries. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems. * Knowledgeable in Qatar Labour Law compliance and HR operational practices. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Valid QID with transferable visa status.
