Deliver safety training and ensure compliance with HSE requirements We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer with a strong background in Water Treatment Plant projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across project activities. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans. * Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits. * Monitor compliance with project HSE requirements and local regulations. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports. * Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions. * Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site personnel. * Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices. * Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment. * Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records. * Participate in client and regulatory HSE inspections. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5–6 years of HSE experience in Water Treatment Plant projects. * NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and incident investigations. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced construction environment.
