Exposure to diverse IT technologies and systems IT Help Desk Technician **Company:** Shade In **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Reference Number:** SHD736 **Salary:** QAR 2,081\.30 per year Position Summary Shade In is looking for an enthusiastic IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and network services. The ideal candidate will be customer\-focused, detail\-oriented, and capable of resolving a wide range of IT issues. Responsibilities * Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues. * Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. * Assist users with password resets and account\-related issues. * Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. * Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance. * Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup. * Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel when necessary. * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures. * Assist with maintaining IT inventory and asset tracking. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. * Previous help desk or technical support experience preferred. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting methods. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Desired Skills * Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365\. * Familiarity with remote desktop support tools. * Basic cybersecurity awareness. * IT certifications are considered an advantage.
