We are looking for a motivated technology professional who is passionate about troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and maintaining dependable IT systems that enable business success. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering timely technical assistance, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and business applications. * Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues efficiently. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. * Configure email accounts, collaboration tools, and remote access solutions. * Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, security patches, and endpoint protection. * Support LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting. * Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support requests, and technical procedures using a ticketing system. * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices, accounts, and access credentials. * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable IT operations and continuous service improvement. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Engineer, or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and computer hardware. * Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, wireless networking, and basic firewall troubleshooting. * Experience using IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems and remote support tools. * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint security, antivirus management, and data protection principles. * Professional certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, or equivalent are an advantage. * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
