If you are passionate about technology, have excellent troubleshooting skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and hardware. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner. * Manage user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access using Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. * Configure email accounts, collaboration platforms, and remote access solutions. * Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, security patches, and endpoint protection. * Support LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP troubleshooting to ensure reliable network connectivity. * Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and technical procedures. * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices and system access. * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve IT services and infrastructure. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Engineer, or a similar technical support role. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and computer hardware. * Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking. * Experience using remote support software and IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems. * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint security, and data protection principles. * Professional certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL are an advantage. * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high\-quality technical support. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits. * Professional development, training, and certification opportunities. * A collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to work with modern enterprise technologies and IT infrastructure. * Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization. * Annual leave and employee benefits in accordance with Qatar Labor Law. **Why Join Agencia Koala?** At Agencia Koala, we believe technology is a key driver of productivity and innovation.
