Lead Mechanical Engineer (Packages) – 15\+ years’ of experience  JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Discipline Team Leader/Manager and Project Manager, the candidate will assume sole responsibility for assigned mechanical engineering work as per project scope.  SKILLS \& EXPERIENCE  Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  15\+ yrs in oil and gas with major contractor or consultants.  Perform conceptual, FEED and detailed engineering and design as per design basis, project specifications, clients specification and procedures, design codes and standards.  Familiar with relevant design and analysis software’s.  Experienced in performing / preparing the following tasks / deliverables, as per project scope:  Mechanical Data Sheet  Equipment Specifications  Material Requisition for Inquiry and Purchase  TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) and Tabulation  VDR (Vendor Document Review)  For Packages: Design as per applicable international standards like API 610, API 675, API 618, ISO 5199 ASME Sec. VIII etc.  Knowledge of Packages like Vapour Recovery Unit, DM Plants, N2 Generation, Truck Loading Arms, Air Compressor Package, Flare Package, Waste Water Treatment Package, Clarifier, Dosing Skids etc.  Experience in attending progress review, design review, clarification meeting with Client.  Past experience with QatarEnergy, Shell DEP and Tank Terminal projects are preferred.  MMUP Certification is added advantage.
