Coordinate projects, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee day\-to\-day operations of the advertising and signage company. * Plan and coordinate production, installation, maintenance, and delivery activities. * Supervise operations, production, installation, and site teams. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and timely completion. * Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower and resources efficiently. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and client specifications. * Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly. * Coordinate with the sales and management teams for new projects and quotations. * Monitor material requirements, stock, and procurement activities. * Prepare regular operational reports for management. **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in advertising, signage, branding and Interior Fit\-Out * Strong knowledge of advertising/signage production and installation processes. * Good leadership, communication, and team\-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting. * Qatar driving license is preferred.
