Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure all serviced vehicles meet company standards through inspections and monitoring repair quality. Highlights: 1. Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills in automotive quality We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Quality Controller** to join our Automotive After\-Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles serviced, repaired, or maintained meet the company's quality standards before delivery to customers. The role involves conducting inspections, monitoring repair quality, identifying defects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Perform final quality inspections on vehicles after service and repair work. * Verify that all repair and maintenance work has been completed according to manufacturer and company standards. * Conduct road tests when required to assess vehicle performance and repair quality. * Identify defects, incomplete work, or quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the workshop team. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and workshop standards. * Monitor technicians' workmanship and provide feedback to improve service quality. * Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and documentation. * Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and recommend corrective measures. * Ensure tools, equipment, and workshop processes meet quality and safety requirements. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automotive quality control, service, or workshop operations. * Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance procedures, and diagnostic systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair documentation. * Good problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. * Proficiency in MS Office and workshop management systems is an advantage. * Valid driving license.
