Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate with F&B, hospitality, or retail sales experience to assist customers, promote products, and ensure excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused **Sales Associate** with experience in **F\&B, hospitality, or retail sales**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. * Promote products and actively contribute to achieving sales targets. * Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information. * Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships. * Process sales transactions and ensure accurate handling of payments. * Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable sales area. * Monitor product availability and coordinate with the team for replenishment. * Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally. * Support promotional activities and other sales\-related tasks as required. Requirements * Previous experience as a **Sales Associate, Sales Executive, or similar role**. * **F\&B or hospitality experience is preferred.** * **Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.** * **Own vehicle is an advantage.** * **Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service and sales skills. * Presentable, confident, and professional personality. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, customer\-facing environment.
