Ensure excellent customer service standards Sales Manager – Driving School We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our driving school sales operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a team of Sales Agents, achieving student enrollment targets, improving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead, supervise, and manage a team of approximately 20\+ Sales Agents * Achieve monthly and annual student enrollment targets * Monitor daily sales activities, inquiries, and customer follow\-ups * Develop and implement sales strategies to increase registrations and revenue * Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews * Ensure proper discipline, attendance, and productivity within the sales team * Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally * Coordinate with Operations and Training Departments for smooth student onboarding and scheduling * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports * Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives * Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management * Previous experience in managing a sales team is mandatory * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills * Good knowledge of the Qatar market * Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets * Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred * Experience in driving school, education, or service industry will be an advantage Skills * Team Management * Sales \& Business Development * Customer Relationship Management * Communication \& Negotiation * Problem Solving * Performance Monitoring and Reporting Pay: QAR7,500\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
