Implement ITPs and manage Non-Conformance Reports Site QA/QC Engineer – Civil \| Job Description **Position:** Site QA/QC Engineer – Civil **Location:** Mesaieed, Qatar **Quantity:** 1 Vacancy **Duration:** 6 Months **Experience:** Minimum 7 Years **Qualification:** B.E./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering **Mobilization:** Available to start from 15 August 2026 Job Overview We are urgently seeking an experienced **Site QA/QC Engineer – Civil** to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for civil, structural, and architectural works at the project site in Mesaieed, Qatar. Key Responsibilities * Manage and implement QA/QC procedures for civil and structural works. * Conduct inspections of civil, structural, and architectural construction activities. * Monitor quality control for **earthworks, excavation, backfilling, concrete works, and structural works**. * Review and implement **Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs)** in accordance with project requirements. * Inspect incoming construction materials and verify compliance with approved specifications. * Coordinate and witness material testing, concrete testing, soil testing, and other required inspections. * Review method statements, inspection requests, material submittals, drawings, and technical documents. * Identify, issue, and manage **Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** and monitor corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and project quality requirements. * Monitor architectural works to ensure proper workmanship and compliance with approved materials and specifications. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site engineers, and other project stakeholders regarding quality matters. * Maintain complete QA/QC records, inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and quality documentation. * Participate in quality audits and support the implementation of continuous quality improvement measures. * Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and submitted within project timelines. Requirements * B.E./B.Sc. in **Civil Engineering**. * Minimum **7 years of relevant experience** in construction QA/QC. * Strong experience in **QA/QC management and civil works inspection**. * Hands\-on experience in **earthworks, concrete works, structural and architectural inspections**. * Good knowledge of **ITP implementation, materials inspection and testing, and NCR management**. * Familiarity with construction standards, specifications, inspection procedures, and quality documentation. * Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. * Candidates who can **mobilize from 15 August 2026** are preferred. **Project Location:** Mesaieed, Qatar **Contract Duration:** 6 Months Application Question(s): * Will you be able to join Immediately?
