**BMS Supervisor – Responsibilities** * Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS). * Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and system integrators. * Monitor BMS operation to ensure HVAC, lighting, and other systems perform as per design. * Review and verify BMS drawings, I/O lists, control logic, and as\-built documents. * Ensure proper calibration and functioning of field devices (sensors, actuators, controllers). * Attend site inspections, FAT/SAT, and client walkthroughs. * Troubleshoot BMS faults and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and site teams. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements. * Plan and manage manpower, site activities, and daily work schedules. * Prepare and submit reports, method statements, inspection requests, and commissioning documents. * Support integration with third\-party systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, Energy Meters, etc.). * Train operators and end users on BMS operation and handover requirements. * Ensure timely project completion and close\-out of snag lists.
