The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules, while maintaining quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage day\-to\-day site operations and construction activities * Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project plans * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams * Monitor project progress and report to project management * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HSE regulations * Prepare site reports, material requests, and as\-built documentation * Identify and resolve technical and site\-related issues efficiently **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar** in construction/contracting projects * **Valid Qatar Driving License** * **UPDA Certification – Minimum Grade C (Preffered)** * Good communication and coordination skills * Detail\-oriented with strong problem\-solving abilities * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Familiar with local authority regulations and standards in Qatar Job Type: Full\-time
