Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluations **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and onboarding processes. * Develop HR policies and procedures. * Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters. * Oversee performance evaluations. * Ensure compliance with labor laws. * Manage payroll coordination, leave, and employee records. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. * Minimum 8 years of HR management experience. * Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is an advantage. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. * Excellent leadership and problem\-solving abilities.
