Job Summary: Our company is seeking an HSE Director to lead, develop, and implement health, safety, and environmental strategies and policies; ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards across all company operations and projects; and foster a sustainable safety culture. Promoting a sustainable safety culture **HSE Director** Role Overview: Our company is seeking an HSE Director to lead, develop, and implement health, safety, and environmental strategies and policies; ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards across all company operations and projects; and foster a sustainable safety culture. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement enterprise-wide HSE strategy. * Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards. * Oversee risk assessments and develop prevention and mitigation plans. * Lead safety programs at worksites and major projects. * Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and conduct root cause analysis. * Continuously develop and update HSE policies and procedures. * Deliver training and awareness programs for company employees and contractors. * Conduct periodic audits at worksites. * Coordinate with regulatory and supervisory authorities. * Prepare safety performance reports for senior management. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. * 12–20 years of experience in health, safety, and environment. * Leadership experience in major projects (oil & gas, construction, heavy industries). * Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\. * Experience in risk management and incident investigation. Preferred Certifications: * NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) * IOSH Managing Safely * OSHA Certification * ISO Lead Auditor (an added advantage) Required Skills: * Leadership and management of HSE teams. * Risk analysis and safety management. * Incident investigation and root cause analysis. * Policy and procedure development. * Communication, training, and influence. * Crisis and emergency management. * High level of professional commitment and discipline. Salary: QAR 55,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
