We are looking for an IT Governance, Risk \& Compliance (GRC) Manager who can take full ownership of our governance and risk framework. This is not a purely advisory role—you will actively shape how we define security policies, manage enterprise risk, and ensure compliance across all systems and operations. You will act as the bridge between technical cybersecurity teams, infrastructure engineers, and business leadership—translating complex regulatory and risk requirements into clear, actionable governance structures that strengthen the organization. Key Responsibilities: **Governance \& Framework Ownership:** Design, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and relevant regulatory requirements in Qatar. **Risk Management:** Lead enterprise\-wide IT and cybersecurity risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities across systems, cloud environments, and operational processes. **Compliance \& Auditing:** Ensure continuous compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits. **Policy Development:** Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and governance documentation across the organization. **Incident \& Continuity Support:** Support incident response planning, business continuity, and disaster recovery governance. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with cybersecurity engineers, IT operations teams, and executive leadership to align governance with business objectives. **Reporting \& Insights:** Prepare clear risk and compliance reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision\-making. What We Are Looking For: **Experience:** 5\+ years in IT Governance, Risk Management, Information Security, or Compliance roles. **Framework Knowledge:** Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ITIL, or equivalent standards. **Certifications (Preferred):** CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP or equivalent certifications are highly valued. **Technical Awareness:** Familiarity with cloud environments, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise IT infrastructure. **Communication Skills:** Ability to translate technical risk concepts into clear business language for executives and stakeholders. **Mindset:** You are structured, detail\-oriented, and proactive.
