




Summary: The IT Support role provides technical assistance to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues, delivering support via various channels. Expand knowledge in gaming systems and related technologies The IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end\-users with various IT\-related issues. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assisting with network connectivity and resolving software application errors. They are also required to provide support via phone, email and/or in\-person, and must follow the procedures to document and track issues for effective resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices. * Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.). * Provide technical support for systems and networks. * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. * Troubleshoot POS systems, printers, and Wi\-Fi access points. * Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email. * Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. * Set up and configure desktops and laptops for new users based on company best practice guidelines. * Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questioning. * Track, route, and document problems, requests, and resolutions. **Requirements:** * Degree / Diploma in IT or a related discipline. * 2–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or help desk operations. * Experience in the theme park industry will be an added advantage. * Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, gaming systems, and related technologies, with an enthusiastic approach to continuous learning. **Good skills in:** * IT administration * Information analysis * Computer hardware/software systems * Data center management and data governance * Computer networks, network administration, and network installation * Database design and development * Enthusiastic approach to expanding knowledge of all gaming is plus **\*Immediate or short\-notice joiners are preferred.** Pay: Up to QAR5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately.?
