Summary: The Senior HSE Engineer will lead HSE activities across FM and engineering operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, Qatar regulations, and international standards. Highlights: 1. Lead HSE activities in FM and engineering operations 2. Implement and maintain HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) 3. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety reviews Requirements: \* Candidate must be currently available in Qatar \* Immediate joiners / short notice period preferred \* Minimum 7\+ years of HSE experience in Facility Management, MEP, Engineering, or similar industries Qualifications: \* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related discipline) \* UPDA Approved \* NEBOSH IGC \* IOSH Managing Safely \* Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health \& Safety Practice \* ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Job Summary: The Senior HSE Engineer will be responsible for leading HSE activities across FM and engineering operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, Qatar regulations, and international standards. Key Responsibilities: \* Implement and maintain HSE Management Systems in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and applicable standards \* Conduct risk assessments, JSA/JHA, inspections, audits, and safety reviews \* Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation \* Monitor compliance with PTW, LOTO, and safe work practices \* Develop and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, safety campaigns and awareness programs \* Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and audit documentation for management and clients \* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters \* Ensure effective implementation of HSE procedures across multiple sites Skills: \* Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and international standards \* Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills \* Experience in FM/MEP operations and client\-facing roles preferred Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
