Opportunity to work with industrial sewing machines and various fabrics **Job Title:** Tailor **Company:** ANDGARMENT TRADING AND TAILORING **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary:** ANDGARMENT TRADING AND TAILORING is seeking skilled and motivated Tailors to join our growing production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for garment stitching, alterations, finishing, and ensuring high\-quality workmanship for uniforms, workwear, and customized apparel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Stitch garments according to approved specifications and measurements * Perform garment alterations and adjustments as required * Operate industrial sewing machines and tailoring equipment * Ensure garments meet quality standards before completion * Work with various fabric types and garment styles * Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Assist with sample development and production orders when required * Report any production or quality issues to supervisors **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Tailor in a garment factory, tailoring shop, or uniform manufacturing company * Good knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques * Experience working with industrial sewing machines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines * Immediate joiners are preferred **Compensation \& Benefits:** * Salary: QAR 1,800 per month * Performance Bonus based on productivity and quality * Accommodation provided by the company * Transportation provided by the company * Annual leave and other benefits as per Qatar Labor Law **Application Process:** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to: hr@andgarment.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
