Vistas GlobalBanking / BFSI·Doha, Qatar·Full\-time·Ref: RRF\-VG\-BSO\-2026\-1042 **About the role** ------------------ Integration Lead Location: Qatar Experience: 12–15 years Industry: Banking / BFSI Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise integration solutions across IT and business applications. The role will lead the middleware team and oversee the complete integration lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and support. Key Responsibilities * Lead design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and other middleware technologies. * Manage and mentor the middleware/integration team. * Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable integration architectures. * Work with Java, Spring, Microservices, APIs, Messaging, Kafka, MQ, HTTP and Pub/Sub. * Drive technical documentation, code reviews, quality standards, and Agile SDLC practices. * Manage IBM ACE platform setup, configuration, administration, and support. * Work with Azure/AWS, containers, API Gateways/API Mesh, and GitOps/CI\-CD. * Apply enterprise integration patterns and industry best practices. * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions. * Knowledge of Open Banking and BIAN standards is preferred. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** Requirements * 12–15 years of experience in Integration/Middleware, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Integration. * Strong experience with IBM ACE/App Connect Enterprise preferred. * Experience in Banking/BFSI is highly desirable. * Strong leadership, architecture, and stakeholder\-management skills. * Hands\-on experience with modern integration, API, cloud, and microservices technologies. **Skills \& Competencies** * IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) * Enterprise Integration \& Middleware * Integration Architecture * Java / Spring * Microservices * API Development \& Integration * Apache Kafka / MQ * Messaging \& Pub/Sub
