Develop secure, high-performance solutions aligned with organizational goals. **JAVA Developer** **Role Description** We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to build and enhance robust backend services for our e\-Channels and digital banking applications. You will work within an Agile framework across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver secure, high\-performance solutions aligned with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities** Develop, implement, and enhance backend services for e\-Channels based on business requirements. Ensure strict adherence to QA policies, SDLC standards, and security controls. Collaborate across the full SDLC, taking ownership of development, testing, and continuous reporting. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve service delivery issues while communicating proactively with stakeholders **Requirements** •Education: University degree in Computer Science or a related field. •Experience: 4–6 years of relevant application development experience, preferably within banking or financial services. •Core Technical Skills: Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Security, Cloud), JPA/Hibernate, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). •Tools \& Environment: Tomcat, Postman, SOAPUI, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). •Competencies: Strong problem\-solving abilities, familiar with Agile practices, basic frontend integration awareness, and excellent communication.
