***Must have relevant experience in using Accounting Software Sage 50 and Quick Book Online, MicroSoft Office*** **365** * Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including Profit \& Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. * Record and monitor daily financial transactions accurately. * Issue invoices and follow up to ensure timely payment collection. * Maintain organized and up\-to\-date financial records. * Manage general ledger accounts, perform reconciliations, and make adjustments when required. * Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of all transactions. * Prepare monthly and yearly budgets and financial forecasts; report findings to management. * Apply strong knowledge and understanding of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Work independently with strong self\-motivation and attention to detail. * Maintain and update employee salary records. * Prepare and process SIF files and manage WPS payroll in compliance with regulations. * Handle accounting tasks up to finalization, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure timely compliance with all tax requirements, including tax return filing with the GTA. * Experience with the ICV certification process is an added advantage. ***Qualifications:*** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in **construction or demolition**. * Strong knowledge of project\-based accounting and job costing. * Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, ERP, etc.). * Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting). * Strong understanding of local tax regulations, invoicing, WPS, and compliance. * High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong ethics, confidentiality, and communication skills.
