To support our daily operations, we are seeking a reliable and organized Restaurant Administrator to join our team. Job Summary The Restaurant Administrator will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, supporting daily restaurant operations, maintaining records, and assisting management with coordination and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities **Administrative Support** * Maintain accurate records of daily sales, invoices, and operational documents. * Organize and update electronic and physical filing systems. * Prepare reports and summaries for management as required. * Coordinate internal communications between management and staff. **Operational Coordination** * Support scheduling and attendance tracking for restaurant staff. * Assist in inventory documentation and supplier coordination. * Prepare purchase orders and maintain supplier records. * Ensure compliance documentation is properly maintained. **Financial \& Documentation Support** * Assist with invoice verification and payment coordination. * Maintain expense records and support basic bookkeeping tasks. * Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required. **Customer \& Front Desk Support** * Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. * Assist in managing reservations and customer records. * Address customer feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary. Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role. * Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Basic knowledge of accounting and record\-keeping procedures. * Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. * Legal authorization to work in Qatar. Preferred Qualifications * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory software. * Experience supporting payroll or HR documentation. Work Environment * On\-site role based in Doha, Qatar. * Fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Collaborative and team\-oriented workplace. Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
