We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to develop intelligent applications that help users make smarter financial decisions through machine learning and generative AI. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models. * Build recommendation engines and AI\-powered financial assistants. * Develop Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM\-based features. * Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Develop AI services and REST APIs for web and mobile applications. * Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI models in production. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver AI\-driven solutions. * Support MLOps workflows and cloud\-based deployments. **Qualifications** **Required:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science. * Strong Python programming skills. * Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn, Keras, or similar AI frameworks. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. **Preferred:** * Experience with LLMs, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases. * Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps. * Experience in fintech, banking, or financial analytics. **Why Join GRO Solutions?** * Competitive salary and employee benefits. * Career growth and continuous learning opportunities. * Work on cutting\-edge AI and fintech technologies. * Join a collaborative team building innovative financial solutions.
