BMS OPERATOR – JOB DESCRIPTION **Position:** BMS Operator / Building Management System Operator **Salary Package:** **QAR 3,000 – 3,500 All\-Inclusive** Job Summary Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and other connected building systems. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and operate the BMS control system. * Monitor **AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, ventilation systems, and HVAC equipment**. * Monitor alarms, faults, temperature, humidity, pressure, and other system parameters. * Respond promptly to BMS alarms and equipment abnormalities. * Adjust approved system set points as required. * Identify and report equipment faults and operational issues. * Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical technicians for troubleshooting. * Maintain daily BMS logs, readings, alarms, and incident reports. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Monitor equipment performance and ensure efficient system operation. * Follow all site HSE, emergency response, and facility management procedures. Requirements * Minimum **2–5 years of relevant BMS Operator experience**. * Experience in **Facilities Management, Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Malls, or Industrial Facilities** is preferred. * Good knowledge of BMS monitoring and control systems. * Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Ability to understand BMS graphics, alarms, trends, and equipment status. * Good troubleshooting and communication skills. * Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Relevant technical qualification/diploma is preferred.
