Summary: This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, analyzing data for insights, and collaborating to design and implement solutions. Highlights: 1. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders; translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications. Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization. Analyze data to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights; create dashboards and reports for leadership and cross\-functional teams. Collaborate with product, IT, and operations to design and implement solutions; participate in the design of new processes and systems. Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics; develop project plans, timelines, and risk assessments. Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, and presentations; communicate results to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure traceability of requirements through to deployment and measure post\-implementation impact. Stay current with industry best practices, data analytics, and technology trends relevant to the business. Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role; demonstrated success in requirements elicitation and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms) and visualization (Power BI, Tableau). Detail\-oriented with strong organizational and time\-management abilities. Pay: QAR80\.00 \- QAR300\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
