Collaborate with marketing and product teams for market-driven offerings **Job Title: Business Development Manager** **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Department:** Sales \& Business Development **Reports To:** Director of Sales / VP of Business Development / CEO **Role Overview** We are looking for an ambitious and energetic **Business Development Manager** to help us expand our clientele and enter new markets. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy \& Market Analysis** * Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. * Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. * Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. * Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. * Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. **Partnerships \& Lead Generation** * Build long\-term relationships with new and existing customers. * Develop entry\-level staff into valuable salespeople. * Identify and pitch to strategic partners (affiliates, resellers, OEMs, etc.). * Attend conferences, networking events, and industry trade shows. **Internal Collaboration** * Work with the marketing department to develop lead generation campaigns. * Provide trustworthy feedback and after\-sales support. * Collaborate with product teams to shape offerings based on market feedback. **Qualifications \& Skills** **Required:** * **Experience:** \[3–5] years of proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role. * **Track Record:** Demonstrable portfolio of achieving sales quotas (e.g., exceeding $X in annual revenue). * **Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and MS Office/Google Workspace. * **Communication:** Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. **Preferred (Nice to Have):** * Experience in \[Specific Industry/Software/Methodology]. * MBA or advanced degree. * Existing network within \[Target Industry]. * Experience with \[Specific Sales Methodology, e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Sandler].
