Collaborate with project, procurement, and engineering teams We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Civil Estimation Engineer** with experience in civil estimation and tendering for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take\-offs, BOQs, and tender submissions while identifying cost\-effective solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * **UPDA Grade “C” or above preferred.** * Minimum **5–7 years of experience** in civil estimation and tendering. * Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tender preparation. * Experience in analyzing drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Familiarity with construction materials, market rates, and subcontractor pricing. * Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office applications. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare quantity take\-offs and detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects. * Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material cost analysis. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams during tender preparation. * Identify project risks and opportunities related to cost and pricing. * Prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation. * Review project costs and recommend value engineering solutions. * Maintain a database of material prices, labor costs, and subcontractor rates. * Assist management in budgeting and project cost planning. **SENT CV 71388442** Work Location: In person
