In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand. You will handle inquiries via \[Phone/Email/Chat], troubleshoot issues, and provide product education. Key Responsibilities * **Customer Interaction:** Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, emails, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. * **Problem Solving:** Diagnose and resolve customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems or processing returns, exchanges, and refunds. * **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and recommendations. * **Documentation:** Accurately log all customer interactions and issues into the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot). * **Escalation:** Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments (e.g., Tier 2 Support, Billing) while ensuring the customer is kept informed. * **Customer Retention:** Turn frustrated customers into happy ones by de\-escalating situations and finding win\-win solutions. * **Feedback:** Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to management regarding product or process optimization. Qualifications \& Skills * **Experience:** 1\+ years of experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role (preferred). * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills; active listening skills. * **Technical:** Proficient with computers and common software (MS Office, Google Suite); experience with CRM software is a plus. * **Soft Skills:** Empathetic, patient, and thick\-skinned; ability to handle difficult conversations gracefully. * **Adaptability:** Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and multitask effectively. * **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Schedule \& Compensation * **Schedule:** \[e.g., Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or mention rotating shifts]. * **Salary:** \[e.g., $18 \- $22 per hour / $45,000 \- $55,000 per year] (Based on experience).
