The successful candidate will be responsible for managing events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, public, and special events from inception to completion. * Develop event schedules, budgets, and operational plans. * Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders. * Coordinate venue bookings, permits, logistics, transportation, and accommodation requirements. * Manage event setup, onsite operations, and post\-event activities. * Monitor event budgets and ensure cost\-effective resource utilization. * Oversee procurement of event materials and services. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare event reports, evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements. * Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in event coordination, event management, or a similar role. * Proven experience managing large\-scale corporate, government, public, or commercial events. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
