You will oversee all HR operations, drive talent acquisition and development, shape organizational culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy \& Leadership** * Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support growth. * Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. * Lead and mentor the HR team, setting performance goals and fostering professional development. **Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding** * Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent at all levels. * Oversee end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management. * Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. **Performance Management \& Development** * Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and recognition. * Develop and oversee training, leadership development, and career progression programs. * Build competency frameworks and succession plans for critical roles. **Employee Relations \& Culture** * Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievances. * Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. * Represent the company in interactions with labor unions or regulatory bodies when applicable. **Compensation, Benefits \& HR Operations** * Develop and manage compensation and benefits structures, including salary bands, incentives, and perks. * Oversee HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring they are current and effectively communicated. * Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient use of resources. * Ensure HR systems (HRIS) are accurate, secure, and support data\-driven decision\-making. **Compliance \& Risk Management** * Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. * Monitor adherence to internal policies and address violations, including disciplinary actions when required. * Anticipate and mitigate HR\-related litigation and compliance risks. **HR Analytics \& Reporting** * Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time\-to\-fill, engagement scores) and report insights to senior management. * Use data to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and people strategies. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred. * **Experience:** 8–12\+ years in HR, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Manager/Head of HR/HR Director). * **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of HR best practices across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. * **Compliance:** Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations in \[relevant country/region].
