As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and people\-focused **HR Manager** to lead our human resources function and support the development of a talented, engaged, and productive workforce. Position Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and workforce planning. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and help drive organizational success through effective people management practices. Key Responsibilities * Lead full\-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives across the organization * Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices * Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution processes * Oversee performance management programs, employee evaluations, and career development initiatives * Administer compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs * Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies * Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention strategies * Coordinate employee training, leadership development, and professional growth programs * Maintain HR records, reporting systems, and workforce analytics * Advise managers and executives on HR matters, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement * Support diversity, inclusion, culture\-building, and employee satisfaction initiatives * Assist with health, safety, and risk management programs where applicable Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field * Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, CHRP, or equivalent) preferred * Minimum 5\+ years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities * Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion * Experience supporting workforce growth and organizational development initiatives Preferred Qualifications * Experience within trading, retail, wholesale distribution, logistics, commercial services, or diversified business groups * Familiarity with HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and performance management platforms * Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units or locations * Strong understanding of employee engagement and talent management strategies What We Offer * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Performance\-based incentives * Professional development and career advancement opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a diversified and expanding organization * Leadership role with significant impact on company culture and workforce success Pay: QAR25,000\.00 \- QAR30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
