Summary: Seeking an experienced HVAC/AC Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems in a facilities management setting. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. **HVAC/AC Technician – Facilities Management** **Job Criteria:** * Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in facilities management. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems. * Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. * Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC system faults. * Knowledge of electrical controls, thermostats, motors, compressors, and refrigerant handling. * Familiarity with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and local regulations. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work independently and respond to emergency maintenance calls when required. * Valid driving license is an advantage. * Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa are preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems. * Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical faults. * Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operation. * Maintain maintenance records and service reports. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. * Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure uninterrupted operation of building services.
