This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience who are looking to build a career in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations. The Inbound Officer will support the receiving process by ensuring incoming products are accurately checked, recorded, and stored while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing lists and receiving documents. * Check product quantities, SKU numbers, labels, and overall condition upon receipt. * Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Inbound Supervisor. * Accurately record receiving transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Assist with unloading, sorting, labeling, and put\-away of incoming inventory. * Ensure received products are stored in the correct warehouse locations. * Maintain accurate records of delivery notes, receiving reports, and inbound documentation. * Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and timely processing of inbound shipments. * Assist with stock counts and inventory verification activities as directed by the Inbound Supervisor. * Follow company procedures, client requirements, and warehouse safety standards at all times. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the receiving and staging areas. * Support other warehouse\-related activities as assigned by the Inbound Supervisor. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. * Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or a related field will have an advantage. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. * Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage but not mandatory. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Basic computer skills and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced warehouse environment. * Immediate joiners and locally available candidates are preferred. **Compensation \& Benefits** * Gross Salary: **QAR 2,000 per month** * Company Accommodation Provided * Company Transportation Provided * Overtime Eligibility as per company policy and operational requirements * Career growth opportunities within a growing 3PL and logistics organization Pay: QAR2,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
